Opening day for Pick Your Own

  • Honey Crisp and Redcorts available for selection from bins
  • Golden Delicious, Red Delicious, and Ida Reds will be ready for picking on the trees

September 17 & 24, October 1, 2011 (Saturdays)
Stephens City Lions Club will be making their famous Apple Butter

  • Old fashioned Apple Butter Boiling done on site by the Stephens City Lions Club
  • Proceeds from the sales go towards their community services such as eye exams,
    glasses, hearing aids, and Little League
  • Regular and sugar-free are available, in both pints and quarts
  • Makes a wonderful gift for the person who’s impossible to buy for!
  • Come watch it being made! Will also be available daily at the orchard throughout the week

September 17-18, 2011
Apple Harvest Arts and Crafts Festival sponsored by the Rotary Club of Winchester

  • Jim Barnett Park, Winchester Virginia
  • Over 150 craft and food vendors will be on site!
  • Apple pie baking contest and Rinker’s Apple Cider!

Winchester Civil War Weekend

October 1, 2011
Nittany, York, and Rome apples will be available

  • All three varieties will be available on the trees for Pick Your Own
    and will also be available in bins for selection as warranted
